THE SKINHOUSE by Angela Rae is by appointment only. Please be aware that if you arrive late (typically 15 mins) you will be treated as cancellation and will be charged for the full service. While booking your appointment you will be asked to leave a card on file. If you do not cancel within 48 hours or a no show you will be charged for the full service. This amount cannot be applied to future appointments or refunded under ANY circumstances. If you are rescheduling more than twice or cancelling you will be charged half the service fee. This amount cannot be applied to future appointments or refunded under ANY circumstances. Failure to pay invoice will be removed from the booking site permanently.
If you often book multiple appointments for yourself and cancel as the date gets closer, please be aware that this can be disruptive to others. Holding a time slot only to cancel right before my cancellation window closes limits the availability for clients who truly need that time. If this is a pattern, I may restrict your access to online booking.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds on facial services, that includes allergic reactions. There is no guarantee on any service. Results vary from client to client. GlyMed Plus, PCA SKIN or Face Reality products are nonrefundable.
Gift Cards + Gift Certificates
Expiration is 1 year from the purchase date. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, and are nonrefundable. Gift Certificates and Gift cards must be present at the time of service. Gift Cards + Gift Certificates are ONLY used for services. They do not apply for purchasing skincare products.
